We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to ask for a return.
1. Return Rules
You are entitled to a replacement, credit or refund where item(s) are:
  • Faulty
  • Wrongly describe
  • Different from a sample shown to you; or
  • Do not do what they are supposed to do.
2. How to Return
  • Email us: Contact info@theshacktique.com first.
  • Get instructions: If accepted, we will send you a shipping label.
  • Note: Do not send items back to the address on the package. We will give you the correct return address.
3. Damaged or Wrong Items
  • Check your order: Look over your items when they arrive.
  • Contact us fast: Email us within 48 hours if anything is broken or wrong.
  • Send photos: Include photos of the damage so we can send a free replacement. 
4. Items We Cannot Accept Back
We cannot accept returns on:
  • Sale items.
  • If the item is been worn or broken.
5. Refunds
  • Inspection: We will email you once we receive your return.
  • Processing: Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 10 business days.
