We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to ask for a return.

1. Return Rules
You are entitled to a replacement, credit or refund where item(s) are:
Faulty
Wrongly described
Different from a sample shown to you; or
Do not do what they are supposed to do.

2. How to Return
Email us: Contact info@theshacktique.com first.
Get instructions: If accepted, we will send you a shipping label.
Note: Do not send items back to the address on the package. We will give you the correct return address.

3. Damaged or Wrong Items
Check your order: Look over your items when they arrive.
Contact us promptly: Email us if anything is broken or wrong.
Send photos: Include photos of the damage so we can send a free replacement.

4. Refunds
Inspection: We will email you once we receive your return.
Processing: Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 10 business days.
